Ginesta is an organic monovarietal white wine, 100% Gewürztraminer from the Les Valles Estate at 540 m. above sea level.
TASTING NOTE
Crystalline straw yellow color. Terpene, floral and intense citrus aromas. In the mouth full and fatty, with a good acidity that balances and portends a good aging. Pleasant aftertaste of sweet citrus.
VINIFICATION
Fermentation at 15ºC in stainless tanks for 14 days.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany soft starters, appetizers, baked white fish, salads, sushi and desserts.
