TASTING NOTE
Pale yellow color with straw reflections. On the nose, intense bouquet where the mature white fruit and the citric notes stand out. Aniseed, fennel, soups of wheat, butter and brioche notes. Oxygenation enhances mature aromas. In the mouth, a remarkable entrance, wide in its passage, lively and refreshing with fine and creamy bubbles. Notes of compote of ripe fruit and bakery.
