Gramona Vi de Glass Riesling

Gramona Vi Glass Riesling is a sweet cold wine made with grapes collected belatedly 100% Riesling. It is a wine of great aromatic expressiveness.

TASTING NOTE

Pale yellow color with bright reflections. On the nose citrus notes (tangerine and orange skin) mixed with orange blossom on a subtle background of honey and aromatic herbs, rosemary and thyme, mint. Finally, we found a friendly mouth. A light wine but with a great presence of fruit. It has a refreshing finish that balances the sweetness and invites you to drink another sip.

ELABORATION

This wine is made with a new prototype fed by two freezer chambers that work at -15ºC with the help of liquid nitrogen. This improves the freezing of grapes, achieving more celerity and homogeneity in the process.

The grape juice remains fermenting in stainless steel tanks for 2 ½ months. This fermentation takes longer than usual due to the high concentration of sugar.

PAIRING

Ideal for desserts like fruit salad, cakes, fresh fruit tarts, pineapple carpaccio ... Its acidity also allows other possibilities such as foie and cheese especially soft pasta.
