Gran Predicat Red is a red wine 100% Carignan from centenary, natural and sustainable vines situated in El Molar (Priorat).
TASTING NOTE
Quiet in glass. It comes in mouth and nose mineral, fresh, complex and elegant.
VINIFICATION
Maceration of 15 days, alcoholic fermentation in barrels of 600 liters with indigenous yeasts.
AGING
Aged for 15 months in French oak barrels.
