Harbour Gin

Harbor Gin is a Distilled Gin born from the passion of Daniel Casas for navigation, sea, cocktails and the richness of a unique and magical land such as Delta del Ebre. This gin is able to fuse all of it in that fresh and soft liquid.

TASTING NOTE
Original Distilled Gin, marine style, made with 100% natural profducts of the land and the sea. Subtle turquoise blue color and green maragda reflections that remind us of the summer sea tones. On the nose, it presents elegant notes of fresh juniper accompanied by soft marine touches contributed by the wild botanists of the Delta del Ebro that compose it. Dabs of lemon and balsamic thyme, lavender, prunes and freshly picked olives that transport you to the environment and landscape where this premium gin was born. On the palate, it provides freshness and depth, leaving the alcohol fully integrated and refined. Its elegance and complexity allow you to taste it alone, for cocktails and in the minimalist creation of the best gins.

PREPARATION
Harbor is a Handcrafted Distilled Gin in a 100-liter capacity and 100-year copper still. It's produced in tiny remittances (small batch) to better preserve the bouquet, freshness and nature of the subtle and extraordinary botanicals. These botanicals are manually picked and carefully selected by Daniel Casas (from different areas of the Ebro Delta) and get the fresh taste, radiant and softness that characterizes this gin.

ADVICE
To enjoy a unique Gin with Harbor Gin, we don't need big complications neither decorative nor aromatic excesses. The strong personality of Harbor Gin is perfectly expressed in minimalist cocktails, where the quality of the products doesn't need to be masked with excess elements. That's why we recommend the best way to taste it: fill a classic glass cup with quality ice completely and cool the walls by stirring it with the help of an imperial teaspoon. Once drained the generated water, we will add 5cl of Harbor Gin and a spiral of wild lime, also called Twist, squeezing its essential oils. Next, we will slowly serve a whole bottle of neutral premium tonic, or flavored with herbs or flowers, to achieve a perfect contrast between sea and land. We will finish the service by adding two fresh juniper grains and finishing off with a simple turn at the final moment.
