Honeymoon is a young organic monovarietal white wine, 100% Parellada from estate Las Torres at 630 m. above sea level.
TASTING NOTE
Straw yellow color with bright golden reflections. Good aromatic intensity, with delicate floral notes combined with very ripe white fruits. Elegant entry in the mouth, with a good acidity balanced by the residual sugars of the wine. Soft and pleasant aftertaste.
VINIFICATION
Fermentation at 16ºC in stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany appetizers, cheeses and foie, grilled or baked white fish, sushi, smoked and desserts.
