Il·lusió Blanc is a single-varietal white wine, 100% White Grenache from the vineyards of Obac de la Cova.
TASTING NOTE
In the nose aromas of fresh grass, white fruit-peach and a warm point of yeast reminiscent of hot bread. In the mouth has a good balance between density, structure and a point of acidity; An end at the bottom of the palate and the sides of the tongue, fresh and pleasantly acidic, which invites to have a second glass.
ELABORATION
Monovarietal of white grenache, cold maceration in ice between 6 and 8º, dry ice and soft pressing to obtain the best flower must. Also with a small aging of 4 months in stainless steel tank with fine lees, and with frequent remontages.
