Ilercavònia is a monovarietal white wine, 100% White Grenache from farms located in Terra Alta.
TASTING NOTE
Golden yellow color with greenish tones. Complex aromas reminiscent of pineapple and mango, with some notes of apple and apricot. The palate is unctuous, long and persistent. In retronasal collects floral aromas and fresh mint.
VINIFICATION
Manual harvest in box and palot.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany white meats, fatty fish, rice and foie gras.
