Infernal Cara Nord is an oak-aged red wine made 100% from Syrah vines from Gneiss soil planted in North orientation side.
TASTING NOTE
Dark cherry, violet edge. Aroma Oak creamy , toasty, spicy, ripe fruit. Mouth structured, tasty, ripe tannins.
AGEING
Long maceration and then aged in French oak barrels for 14 months.
