Javier Sanz Verdejo is a single-varietal, 100% Verdejo white wine made with the finest grapes from the Javier Sanz Winery (DO Rueda) from the Villa Narcisa family estate, located in the "Golden Triangle of Verdejo" in La Seca. This Rueda wine is aged on its fine lees, reflecting the winery's unique style.
TASTING NOTES
Bright in the glass, with light greenish reflections. Its fresh aromas are reminiscent of sweet grapefruit and green apple, with subtle notes of anise and fennel. On the palate, it is dry, medium-bodied, and refreshingly acidic. Perfect for any occasion.
PRODUCTION
Harvesting is carried out manually and mechanically, always at night, taking advantage of the low temperatures that help preserve the fruit's organoleptic characteristics. During fermentation, strict temperature control is maintained to maximize the wine's aromas. Cryomaceration, gravity-clarified must for one day, fermentation at less than 15°C in stainless steel tanks, and aging on its own lees for 3 months before bottling.
PAIRING
This wine is ideal for pairing with white fish and seafood, cheeses, rice dishes, and even a simple glass of wine.
