L'Abrunet Negre is a red wine coupage of Grenache (60%) and Carignan (40%) made using organic farming.
TASTING NOTE
Red Color with violet edging that shows its youth. The nose is very spicy initially, floral notes, dairy and ripe fruit, rounded with mineral memories. The palate has good attack, fresh, sweet notes balanced by a good acidity, fresh fruit sensation, light in the step and with a half length finish after which the mineral sensations return. A wide, fresh wine and those who do not tire.
VINIFICATION
The ancestors carried out the assembly of their grapes in the vineyards, that is to say, they had mixed in their plantations the two varieties: some strains of Cariñena and the others of Garnacha Tinta, what is known as coupage in the vineyard. With this wine we want to recover this way of processing, but to achieve the best maturity, we work with two farms that are located within the orography so variable in our region. By working with two varieties located in two different places we get the best ripeness of the grape and we can work the fruit with the perfect ripening.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany meats, rice and stews, cheeses and sausages, mushrooms, grilled vegetables.
