L'Espill is a red wine aged by Grenache (65%) and Carignan (35%) from vines between 30 and 60 years old.
TASTING NOTE
Cherry color intense cherry. Clean and bright. On the nose intense aromas where we perceive the ripe black fruit, the toasted oak notes, the spices and some nuances of balsamic. It is a tasty and powerful wine with very well structured tannins. In the mouth we perceive some toasted notes with a mineral background very well assembled.
ELABORATION
Made in stainless steel tanks. Maceration for 25 days. Three months of rest to achieve a natural decantation.
AGING
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
