L'Heravi Rose is a rosé coupage of Grenache (50%) and Syrah (50%).
TASTING NOTE
Color currant pink, clean and bright. On the nose we perceive fruity, floral and brioche aromas while in the mouth we find a soft, fresh and persistent wine. Medium acidity and light body.
ELABORATION
Biodynamic agriculture recognized with the DEMETER seal. The harvest is done in a meticulous way, selecting the best bunches. In the cellar, the must ferments alcoholically in stainless steel tanks at a stable and controlled temperature. After the whole process, it is bottled without any aging.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany risottos, pasta, vegetables, rice, roast chicken and white meats.
