La Germana de Pascona is a young white wine coupage of Macabeu (90%) and Muscat de Frontignan (10%) from a selection of old vines.
TASTING NOTE
Straw yellow color with lemon reflections. On the nose, aromas of great intensity that bring floral memories, white fruit and tropical tones. The entrance in the mouth is very pleasant, sweet, with a lot of freshness. It concludes with a broad ending, full of nuances and with excellent persistence.
PAIRING
It can be combined with any type of fish or meat. Great gastronomic versatility.
