La Rosa Vins de Terrer 2016

The Rosa Vins de Terrer is a 100% Pinot Noir single-varietal rosé wine from the Rigola vineyard and the Coma vineyard, located in the Penedés area.

TASTING NOTE

Nice onion skin color with slight salmon reflections. Clean and bright. The nose is of medium intensity with a mixture of ripe white fruit aromas and red fruits, and a pleasant and light herbaceous background. In the mouth it is a fresh wine with a light, dry and silky step. Good acidity and persistence.

Ideal for appetizers, spicy cuisine, pasta, fried blue fish or breading.
