La Sendal is a red wine blend of Grenache (80%), Syrah (10%) and Merlot (10%).
TASTING NOTE
Intense cherry color with violet highlights. Complex aromas of red fruits, soft toasty aromas of the barrel well integrated. Soft tannins. Good acidity and long in the mouth.
ELABORATION
Fermentation at controlled temperature (27-29ºC). Maceration between 8-12 days, the varieties are vinified separately. Start of malolactic fermentation in tank and finishing in barrel.
AGING
Aged for 9 months in American and French barrels from 1 to 5 years, toasted medium and light. Later aging in tank for 6 months before bottling.
