Legítim 2020 Priorat de Muller

Legitim Criança is a red wine made from Grenache, Merlot and Syrah from its own plantations located in Mas de les Pusses, in the region of El Molar.

TASTING NOTE
Red cherry color with ruby ​​tones. Sensual, deep and complex aroma where rich vanilla and roasted aromas come from its aging in French oak, combined with characteristic primary and secondary aromas with a slight hint of very ripe red fruits. Extremely well-balanced palate, warm and sweet, with a high tannic composition but very well structured with a great variety of taste already detected by aroma. With a full aftertaste, pronounced, pleasant and lasting.

VINIFICATION
Harvest made at the end of September-beginning of October. Fermentation and careful maceration at a controlled temperature of around 25-28ºC. The malolactic occurs spontaneously naturally in stainless steel tanks, before filling the barrels of French and American oak where the wine is aged for 12 months. Once bottled, before its commercialization, it rests in the bottle to develop the characteristics and bouquets of the priory. Wine that will improve over time in the short term.

AGING
Aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels, and then stored in the bottle for another 6 months.

PAIRING
Ideal to accompany all kinds of meat, game and cheese as well as dishes with strong sauces.
