Les Aubaguetes is a red wine coupage of Grenache and Carignan from vineyards located in the village of Bellmunt. A high-end wine with very seductive floral aromas and an intense, pure fruit.
TASTING NOTE
Silky and long wine, fluid and fatty in the mouth, with a pinker color than usual and an intense juiciness. On the nose, very seductive floral aromas and an intense and pure fruit.
PRODUCTION
New masterpiece by Álvaro Palacios from the plot that used to be used for the production of Les Terrasses wine. A very old vineyard with a greater potential, it was vinified separately to make this wine. A Garnacha and Cariñena vineyard with many shaded areas which makes ripening slower.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany grilled red meats, game, duck magret, cheeses and sausages.
