Les Brugueres Blanc it is a monovarietal white wine, 100% White Grenache from a small farm called La Creueta, La Morera de Montsant, Porrera i Poboleda.
TASTING NOTE
Pale yellow color with green reflections. Very intense bouquet of tropical fruit and apricot. Light notes of mint as it opens. Glyceric wine that fills the mouth. Well balanced acidity with a long aftertaste.
ELABORATION
Grapes are harvested and selected by hand. A long pre-fermentation is done. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature between 17ºC and 18ºC in stainless steel tanks with their lees for 5 months.
PAIRING
Perfect to join with fish, seafood, meat, cheese, cold meat, pasta, rice and salad.
