Les Clivelles from Torroja is an oak-aged red wine of 100% Carignan, from farm lands Les Clivelles slate and ecological soil. Production limited to 1700 bottles.
TASTING NOTE
Cherry red with violet tones. High layer and slowly tear. Bright. Aromas of ripe fruit, slate and herbal touches. The palate is nice and cool, with ripe tannins and a long sweet aftertaste.
AGING
Aged for 12 months in French and American barrels.
