Les Manyes is an oak-aged red wine blend of Grenache from old vines over 50 years. It is a wine that shows very nicely the terrain.
TASTING NOTE
Dark cherry color with garnet rim. It shows a slightly tinted tear abundant slow-falling. The nose is complex and intense. Fuit, mineral and floral notes. As it is oxygenated spicy, balsamic and fine wood notes. The palate is intense and concentrated. long, persistent and very mineral finish.
AGING
Aged in foudres of French oak for 24 months after which the wine is bottled by gravity without fining or filtration.
