Les Sorts Vinyes Velles is a red wine, coupage of Grenache and Carignan.
TASTING NOTE
Cherry color with violet tones. Complex bouquet, red and black fruit jams. On the palate, we have lots of nuances: black pepper, clove, cocoa, Mediterranean undergrowth... The entry is warm. The tannins are ripe. Long and pleasant after-taste. Round.
PREPARATION
Traditional fermentation. Malolactic fermentation in barrels. Without clarifying and with a smooth filtering.
AGING
Aged for 17 motnhs in French Oak barrels. Then, aged for 24 months in the bottle.
