Les Tallades de Cal Nicolau is a varietal red wine, 100% Red Picapoll from the old vineyard of "Les Tallades de Cal Nicolau". Mainly calcareous soil predominance of honeycomb.
TASTING NOTE
Intense cherry color. Very bright and middle layer. Very aromatic nose where red fruits is in perfect harmony with floral notes, spicy and mild spices balsamic. On the palate is a sweet, intense and very tasty wine. Lively acidity and sweet tannins. Aftertaste fruity, spicy, balsamic and certain licorosas notes.
AGING
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
