Les Tosses is a red wine, 100% Carignan from old vines grown over 70 years under a little interventionist philosophy and biodynamic viticulture eco. It is a wine that represents the mineral expression of the Carignan.
TASTING NOTE
Intense cherry color, with abundant tears. On the nose, wide aromatic range of ripe red and black fruit highlighted with notes of his aging, woods, spices and some balsamic. In the mouth it is an intense, powerful and well-structured wine. Direct tannins and a very definite acidity. Final eternal.
AGING
Aged for 24 months in French foudre. Aging in the bottle without fining or filtration.
