Llàgrimes de Tardor Great Vintages Reserve is a reserve red wine coupage of Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Carignan.
TASTING NOTE
Intense ruby color On the nose, complex and fruity aromatic expression. On the palate, it's wide, silky and with a long, fine and distinguished ending.
PREPARATION AND AGING
Manual harvest and mechanical harvest for the Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties. Fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Aged in barrels for 12 months. Its aging period exceeds a decade from the year of harvest. Serve it at a temperature of 15º.
