Lo noi del Saxo Red is a red wine (DO Terra Alta) coupage og Red Grenache and Syrah made by Bielsa Ruano vinos.
TASTING NOTE
Red color with purple hues. On the nose, it's intense with red fruits bouquets and lactic notes. On the palate, it's elegant, silky and unctuous. Long aftertaste that invites one to partake until the Saxophone Melody finishes
PREPARATION
To make this wine, the grapes are destemmed and 48 hours later starts the fermentation at a controlled temperature during 7 days with selected yeasts. After this, a maceration for 20 days is done. It remains 2 months in tanks and then it's filtered and bottled in order to preserve all the bouquets and flavors.
