Lo Petito of Pascona is a blend of Syrah (60%) and Merlot (40%).
TASTING NOTE
Intense purple color. Bright in the glass. Ripe fruit aromas reminiscent of blueberries and plums. It is a powerful wine varietal aromas that then leaves persistent trace in the mouth. The palate is very sweet, round, fresh input, intense and permanent end wine.
ELABORATION
It is kept on a breeding under lees and malolactic fermentation which takes about 20 days or so, once completed lies 50% in stainless steel tanks with fine lees and 50% lasting 6 months in barrels. Before bottling a soft filtering is performed.
