Clos Martinet 2009 is a blend of Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot and Carignan; sustainable crop varieties from old vines from DOQ Priorat. The winemaking is done separately and subsequently 22 months aging in French oak barrels. It is a great red wine that shows a job well done and large storage capacity.
TASTING NOTE
It has a nice cherry color with purple highlights and a thin, stained and slow-falling tears. The nose is complex, concentrated and harmonious time. Features a powerful ripe red fruit, currants and blueberries go hand in hand with pleasant toasted. Spicy aromas, balsamic notes, intense mineral aromas and memories of the terrain also appear. It is gaining expressiveness reaching a delicious nose. While in the mouth it has a powerful entry route marked by a high fruit load and pleasant roasted. It's tasty and meaty. Good acidity, good structure and very elegant. very long and very persistent finish.
