Mans de Samsó is a monovarietal red wine, 100% Carignan from old vines.
TASTING NOTE
Intense bright color with violet nuances, indicate long life. The nose is intense in which terroir Montsant predominates. Presence of balsamic aromas of the pines. Touch notes of licorice, anise and minerals, with hints of fennel and cherry. In the mouth it is seductively moreish, full-bodied and very structured. The retronasal perception is of great aromatic complexity, with mineral notes with preserved fruits and berries.
AGING
Aging for 12-14 months in oak barrels.
PRODUCTION
Very limited production, only about 800-900 bottles.
