Maragda White is a white wine blend of White Grenache (78%) and Macabeo (22%).
TASTING NOTE
Bright straw color. Aromas of fresh fruit, white flowers and herbs. In the mouth it is fresh, fruity and light.
ELABORATION
The harvest is done by machine at night to take advantage of the low temperatures and to be able to carry out the entire process of production at a temperature below 16ºC. The grape is separated from the scrape and is conveyed to the pneumatic press without maceration. The drained flower wort and a very gentle first compression is separated from the resin and passed to the fermentation tanks, where it is fermented for 30 days at a controlled temperature of 15 ° C. Once the fermentation has been completed, the wine is kept in contact with its lees for one month, with removed every 3 days to obtain greater aromatic complexity and volume in the mouth. Before bottling, it is clarified and stabilized by cold at -3ºC temperature.
