Maragda Rosé is a rosé wine coupage of Red Grenache (70%) and Syrah (30%).
TASTING NOTE
Bright strawberry color. Aroma to ripe fruits (strawberry, banana, currant ...). In the mouth it is fruity, fresh and persistent.
ELABORATION
The harvest is done by machine at night to take advantage of the low temperatures at night and to be able to carry out the entire process of production at a temperature below 16ºC. Once separated the scrape and crushed, the grapes happen to macerate with their skins during 24 hours; Then the wort drawn by gravity is conveyed to the fermentation tanks. The fermentation lasts between 23-27 days depending on the variety, at a controlled temperature of 15ºC. Prior to bottling, it was clarified and stabilized by cold at -3 ° C temperature.
