Maria Rigol Rosado Reserva Brut Nature Ecological is a sparkling monovarietal, 100% Pinot Noir of organic farming.
TASTING NOTE
Pink color with intense ruby shades. Clean and bright. Fine and persistent bubble. On the nose excellent aromatic intensity with a light and elegant floral background of rose petals, fine aromas of pastry perfectly assembled with hints of white fruits and ripe picota skin. Sweet, balanced and elegant. They surprise the soft and fresh aromas and the depth of their whole. In the mouth vinous attack, vibrant acidity and pleasant final dryness. The foam melts in the mouth and leaves us the memory of the fruits of the base wine and a light floral background.
AGING
Aged for at least 15 months.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany appetizers, fish rices, rice dishes, sausages, white meats, seafood in sauce, white fish in sauce, fruit desserts and white clhocolate and strawberries.
