Marie Brizard Anis dulce

Les Clandestines Negra (Stout) is a black brewed beer, bitter and roasted. Beer brewed with different malts (Pale Ale, Caramalt, Chocolate, Roast Barley and Black) and different hops (Northern Brewer, Challenguer and Styrian Bobek).

TASTING NOTE

Reddish brown color. Aromas and tastes reminiscent of licorice, coffee and chocolate. Beer with a lot of body, great character and high bitterness.

ELABORATION

Product without additives, with a second fermentation in bottle, without pasteurizing or filtering. May contain sediment so it is recommended to store it vertically

PAIRING

Ideal to take with seafood and sweet desserts.

ADVICE

Serve between 8º and 12ºC.
