Marta Brut Nature Reserve is a cava coupage of Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada.
ELABORATION
The three varieties are harvested and vinify separately to make the final coupage of the base wine. The second fermentation and foaming takes place in rhyme for 24 months to achieve a fine and elegant bubble.
TASTING NOTE
Straw yellow color with golden highlights. Very bright and clean. It has a fine bubble. It is an aromatic fresh froth, accompanied by floral and fruit notes on fine breeding touches. In the mouth, it is fresh and pleasant. The aromas found in the nose reappear. It has a creamy bottom and an excellent acidity.
