Mas de la Rosa Vi Finca is an aging red wine made 100% from Carignan grapes from a single estate called Mas de la Rosa. It is the flagship wine of Celler Vall Llach
TASTING NOTE
Color pillory. The nose is intense, elegant and complex with a pleasant tour. Aromas of black and red fruit and hints of chocolate, minerals, rose petals and forest. It has a delicate but very nice nose. The palate has a fresh entrance with excellent acidity. Volume and very good concentration. It is a powerful, deep and elegant wine. very long and mineral finish. It is a wine to taste with pleasure and slowly.
VINIFICATION
Prefermentation maceration of the destemmed grapes in stainless steel tanks for 24 hours. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 20-25°C for 10-15 days, with daily pigging and gentle pumping over.
AGING
The wine is aged for ten months in a cement egg and Austrian foudre. Racking is carried out during the aging process.

Ideal to take alone or with foie gras, cheese or black chocolate.
