Clos Fontà 2017

Clos Fontà is a red wine coupage of Grenache and Carignan from old vines with Llicorella floors.

TASTING NOTE
Intense cherry color with violet highlights. Clean and bright. It concentrates black fruit and minerality in a wine of great complexity, touches spicy and refreshing balsamic. In the mouth it is a robust wine, potent but at the same time, silky and elegant. In its passage through the mouth, the ripe fruit, the delicate toasties and the minerality intermingle forming a balanced and harmonious set, great concentration of flavors and aromas making it an excellent wine.

AGING
It ages for 16 months in French oak barrels and 36 months in bottle.

PAIRING
Ideal to accompany game meats, red meats, stews, roasts, foie, etc.
