Mas Donis is a young red wine blend of Grenache (80%) and Syrah (20%) from old vines in the area of Capçanes (Montsant).
TASTING NOTE
Violet intense. On the nose, fruity aromas like cherry, strawberry ... It is a very fresh and while bodied wine. The palate is long and concentrated.
ELABORATION
Grenache aged in tank for 4 months before bottling while the Syrah ages 3 or 4 months in barrels of French and American oak.
PAIRING
Wine ideal for white meats, pizza, pasta.
