Masia d'Or Brut Rosé is a sparkling rosé Brut coupage of Grenache (80%) and Monastrell (20%).
TASTING NOTE
Pale pink color with very integrated bubbles. The nose has floral notes of apple and pear, along with a touch of secondary pastry aromas. On the palate, the taste is soft and refreshing, alive and clear in the mouth.
VINIFICATION
The base wine for this cava was born in the vineyards of Grenache and Monastrell that are under the slopes of Montserrat, in the highest part of the Alt Penedès region. Once these two grape varieties are taken to the winery, they are mixed and cooled in dry ice. After a two-hour cold pre-fermentation maceration, the must ferments slowly at low temperature for twenty-five days in stainless steel tanks.
AGING
This cava ages cava from 10 to 12 months.

Ideal to drink alone, accompany snacks or easy dishes.
