Mims Blanc is a white wine coupage of Macabeo (60%), White Grenache (35%) and Mucat (5%) from vineyards located in the village of Vinebre.
TASTING NOTE
Straw yellow color, clean and bright. On the nose we discover floral aromas and ripe fruit. It is a fresh, fine and fruity wine.
VINIFICATION
The three varieties are vinified separately at a controlled temperature of 14-16ºC in underground tanks. Once the fermentation is finished, the coupage is done and then clarification is carried out and a gentle filtering is done before bottling.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany appetizers, salads and white fish.
