Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial is the most emblematic champagne of the maison Moët & Chandon. It was created in 1869 and it's distinguished by a lively fruit, seductive palate and elegant ripeness.
ASSEMBLY
The coupage includes more than 100 different wines (of which between the 20% and 30% are selected reserve wines to improve its maturity, complexity and consistency), reflects the diversity and complementarity of the three grape varieties: the body that the Pinot Noir gives it, the smoothness that the Pinot Meunier gives it and the delicacy that the Chardonnay gives it.
TASTING NOTE
Golden straw yellow color with green sparkles. Vibrant intensity of green apple and citrus. Freshness of mineral nuances and white flowers combined with the elegance of blonde notes. On the palate, we feel a generous champagne that combines sumptuousness and delicacy. Seductive caress of its fine bubbles.
