Moscato Bosc D'la ReI is a moscato made with grapes of white moscato.
TASTING NOTE
Straw yellow color, clean and bright. The nose is very intense, aromas of peaches, white fruit, apricot, fig and orange blossom. In the mouth is a sweet wine but not cloying. It is fresh, spacious and very elegant.
ELABORATION
Manual harvest during the first half of September. Cold destemming and maceration for 24-48 hours in the press. After pressing the obtained wort is cooled to 0 ° C and stored for one month prior to the second fermentation. This results in slow fermentation in an autoclave until reaching 5.5% alcohol content and then with cold the fermentation is stopped and the wine is passed to the bottle with its natural vivacity.

Ideal to accompany desserts, fruit salads, filled cakes, Christmas sweets, etc.
