Negre de Negres is an aged red wine made from Garnacha, Carignan, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon cultivated by organic viticulture.
TASTING NOTE
Color intense and dark cherry. Clean and bright. Medium-high layer. Wide range of aromas of red fruits, wild strawberries and blueberries. Mineral expression also appears. The palate has a fresh and enveloping entrance, ripe, round tannins and measured. Long finish with a good persistence.
ELABORATION
Fermented and aged in French oak barrels for 14 months.
