Neudorf Moutere Sauvignon Blanc is a monovarietal white wine, 100% White Sauvignon made in New Zealand in the Neudorf winery in the Nelson Denomination of Origin.
VINIFICATION
Harvest by hand picked only 5%, once in the winery are destemmed, for the resulting juice make the first fermentation leaving them to cool for 72 hours with 60% of yeasts grown, and the rest is natural. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks (80%) and the rest in barrels on its lees to enhance the texture and complexity of the grapes, obtaining a different wine, fresh but with the complexity that the wood brings in that small quantity.
TASTING NOTE
Ripe aromas of nectarine, plum, summer herbs and light spicy touches. In the mouth rich, flexible and deep. Refreshing with a dry touch but an excellent weight of the fruit on the palate. Citrus flavors, soft peach, spices leads us to an extensive, complete and mineral finish.
