Nuncito is a red wine coupage of Grenache, Cabernet Franc., Syrah and Carignan from the Priorat area.
TASTING NOTE
Purple red color. On the nose, we feel a fruit expression of Mediterranean varieties with an elegant minerality of Priorat terroir and wood notes due to the aging. On the palate, it's expressive, tasty and elegant. Long aftertaste.
PREPARATION
Handmade harvesting. Fermentation at a low temperature followed by a long maceration.
AGING
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels of second or third wine.
PAIRING
Perfect to join stews, meat rice, cold meat, meat, mushrooms, duck or cheese.
