Olave Special Red Reserve is a high quality vermouth that represents the evolution of the traditional Olave Red Vermouth.
TASTING NOTE
Clean, transparent and bright Vermouth. It has an amber color with orange tonalities. On the nose, the first impression is intense. It has an elegant aromatic profile with ripe citrus signs mixed with herbaceous tonalities with spicy dabs such as rosemary, thyme, anise, mint, black pepper, etc. In the mouth, it's a powerful Vermouth. Wood bouquets that are mixed with the herbs and the citrus of the beggining. It has a balanced sour structure with a sweet taste. In the mouth, it's long and persistent.
PREPARATION
Traditionally made. It's macerated for two months with more than 80 aromatic before the barrels.
PAIRING
Perfect to join pickles, cockles, olives... It can also join desserts with chocolate. Perfect for cocktails.
