Olivella i Bonet Medium Dry is an sparkling wine coupage of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada procedente from own vineyards. Sparkling wine made following the traditional method with artesanal dedication and patience, meticulously respecting the method and experience of the wisest ancestors.

Soft and fruity bouquets. Creamy and sweet palate. Soft and persistent bubble.
AGING
Fermentation and aging in the bottle for 14 and 18 months.
