Lemon Orujo Panizo

Liquor of Orujo Limón Panizo is a liqueur obtained from marc liquor marinated with lemons cut with its crust. It comes in a non-slip glass bottle with built-in spout, natural cork stopper and wooden head.

TASTING NOTE
Pale yellow color and intense lemon aroma. It is a soft liquor, fresh entry and with a marked citrus flavor.

ELABORATION
This liquor is obtained from marc spirits macerated for 3 months with lemons sliced with its crust. Once macerated, it is lightly sweetened.

ADVICE
Ideal for use in the table to take only or with ice or pastry to make mousses, cakes and other desserts where it is important to provide an intense lemon flavor.
