Palacio de Bornos Verdejo is a young white wine monovarietal, 100% Verdejo. It is a fresh wine with a great aromatic intensity.
TASTING NOTE
Pale yellow straw color with greenish alimony reflections. Clean and bright. On the nose, bouquets of fruit with aniseed nuances, thus presenting the whole aromatic range of the varietal. Memories of tropical fruit, white flowers and freshly cut grass. In the mouth, it is a dry white wine, tasty and well balanced. Fresh acidity and a fruity and aromatic ending.
PAIRING
Perfect to join artichoke, fondue, goat's cheese and grilled sardines with chopped parsley.
