Pam de Nas red wine is a blend of Grenache (60%) and Carignan (40%) from vineyards located in the town of Gratallops.
TASTING NOTE
Intense color with shades of cherry red. Slightly tinted tear. In aroma it is very complex. Predominant ripe black and red fruit, also berries and ripe citrus such as orange. Eventually they leave very fresh, minty and mineral notes. The mouth is greedy and intense, initially the ripeness noticeable but gives way to fresh and mineral notes with a wraparound and fleshy tannins.
AGING
Aged in French oak barrels of 225 liters for 12 months, in turn also proceed to malolactic fermentation. Once bottled, a second aged is done in the bottle for 12 months.
