Quinta do Sil Godello 2023

Quinta do Sil is a 100% Godello single-varietal white wine from old vines located along the Sil River and produced by the Granbazán winery.

TASTING NOTES
A pale, translucent, and bright yellow. The nose is intense, dominated by notes of ripe apple, water pear, and white peladillo, framed by hints of fennel and anise. The palate is powerful, with good volume and refreshing notes, and its finish is silky and pleasant.

WINEMAKING
Destemming of the bunches followed by a short maceration (>4 hours) of the berries. Light and very slow pressing followed by static decanting in preparation for a prolonged, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

This wine is ideal with salads, pasta, cheese, and more.
